What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most is the simplicity of ToutApp. As a sales person it allows me to set up the emails and to pull them up from Gmail. It saves me huge amount of time during the prospecting. I like the option to send mass email at the same time. I am very satisfied from our Account Manager- Jennifer Nordine, she is helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. I like the scheduling features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The analytics is not great but in my opinion I think that this is not Tout’s fault because some users have their images turned off on the email and the app couldn’t recognize the open simply because the image wouldn’t load. In addition, sometimes the replies are not always counted. Also, you may face some problems with mass sending emails especially when you want to send more than 25 mails at the same time then the system may crash.

It makes the prospecting easier and faster and it offers more consistency across the sales department.
