What are the best aspects of this product?

Townscript is fool-proof, I swear. Right as you log in, you will see a homepage that has all the buttons and commands that you will need to scale this platform. It's an intuitive program that anticipates the needs of their users. They have a responsive team to answer our questions too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that Townscript should give more priority to the local events, and market them more heavily. It would be nice to have our events featured on the homepage once in a while.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this as a platform for selling tickets as well as to spread more awareness about our event.
