What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how easy to navigate this platform is. The payout for tickets is never delayed too. To top it all off, all of my email communications are sent on time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They really need to rethink their payout schedule. The site isn't too reliable also. It always freezes or lags. There are times when their exported data would come out empty.
