PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I don’t have much experience with ticketing platforms, but I can tell you one thing: Townscript really makes everything so simple. I only know the basics when it comes to tech stuff, but I was able to set up my event without much of a hassle. It’s great! Kudos to the team for making this accessible to everyone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I seem to be having some issues adding a checkout button on Facebook. I will need to reach out to tech support for this. Otherwise, everything else works perfectly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is such a great platform to put up and sell tickets for events. It’s easy to use and straightforward. I do hope that they’d allow us to customize the design elements though. Right now, there isn’t much option when it comes to aesthetics.
