What are the best aspects of this product?
I honestly can’t praise this platform enough! We have multiple events spanning the whole year, and we were able to pull it all off thanks to Townscript. It really has everything that one would need for a ticketing hub. It’s really simple and easy to use. There’s a slim chance that you’d encounter any issues, but if you would, you can depend on their team of experts to pull you out of any rut. What’s impressive is that they have round-the-clock support without compromising on the quality of customer service. For those who need marketing support, Townscript offers this too. It’s very easily the best of its kind.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They really should give more design and marketing freedom to users. For example. most of our banners either get pixelized or severely cut when we upload it on Townscript. I also would like to be able to have more say in how my marketing messages are positioned, as well as their send-outs or posts. For example, I want to post x number of times and send invitations for emails x numbers of hours in between. Townscript does not give me such liberty. Lastly, the sales for tickets don't get credited on time too. Or when they do get credited on time, they're often incorrect.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Townscript has been really useful in helping us track the number of attendees for every event as well as help us stay within budget. I highly recommend this platform.
