What are the best aspects of this product?

There are lot of things I love about Tradeshift, I especially like the idea of using it for free without commitments. The tool works out of the box. The tasks that are required for setting up are simple and the ongoing usage is smooth and intuitive. The UI is straightforward and fclear, it doesn’t require some complex development or workaround.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn’t offer lot of features and there are some limitations. It would be great if they could include more feature so it cna be used by large organizations. They could implement some customization options so we can create our own email and invoice templates. There are only options for deleting and accepting quotes but you cannot cancel them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The product helps us to invoice customers and track payments, it helps us to be on the top of our sales by providing comprehensive tools for tracking invoices and quotes.
