PROS: It’s easy to use and it takes couple of minutes to set it up. It doesn’t require long-term commitment. It allows us to store all relevant data. It doesn’t have complicated formatting, its templates are customizable by trade, and it has taxable items and tax rates. The layout is customizable and our vendors can easily see our brand recognition whenever they submit invoices.

CONS: It would be really great if they could implement video tutorials for first-time users and to implement success stories from other users. Referrals are very important and video testimonial can increase the rates.

PROS: Tradeshift is easy to use and understandable product. The setup is easy, and it allows us to keep our invoicing process the same. I like the visibility of what’s going on in the purchasing system. We are able to add a step to every order and each piece of correspondence on documents between a customer and a vendor. All the issues we have faced are being fixed.

CONS: We email pdf copies of the invoices to its mail and it requires manual validation on the emails we send. It’s okay to work these manually but it really takes time. The customer needs to be more focused when plugging the stuff in and even the vendor has to be more concentrated for the whole thing.

PROS: Tradeshift software is straightforward and easy to use. The setup is easy and it allows us to keep track of our invoicing process. PROS: This product is easy to setup, submit invoices fro and to navigate. At first I was using only for these reasons but I have found that there are other features that are extremely helpful. I love networking, showcasing my portfolio and other tools. My client uses TradeShift and we using when billing them and we want to take full advantage of other features as well.

CONS: When I started with this product I had some issues when it came to uploading my information. I had to call tech support team for help, they have managed to solve the problem within 48 hours.

PROS: I like almost everything about this software. You can use it for free, there are no commitments. It works out of the box. The few setup tasks that are required are simple and the ongoing usage is intuitive. The interface is clear and understandable, it doesn’t require some complex development.

CONS: I hate to say this, but it has limited functionality. It offers small number of features. They could include more and more features so it can be used by larger companies or organizations. The product would benefit by implementing some customization options so the users can create their own email and invoice tempaltes, instead of using Tradeshift’s. There is no option to cancel quotes, there are options for deleting and accepting.

PROS: This software has wonderful features and lot of customization and options than other similar products. The system is asy to use. I am able to track my invoices through each step of the process and to get detailed information about the status of the items when creating a draft. The support team is great and helpful.

CONS: Sometimes, the process of organization of document page can be cumbersome. It would be great if they could streamline the methods so I can have better view of all finalized and pending documents.

PROS: This is great product for online invoicing. The system is easy to navigate and use. I like how fast the invoicing can be done compared to manually documentation and paper document which involves lot of work, time, stamps, posting etc. I like that I can keep record of the recent invoices so I can better know the stage of the payment process.

CONS: What I don’t like is that whenever I try to change an invoice after it’s being sent there comes notification asking me to cancel the invoice and to re-send it. But, even though I have canceled the invoice it still goes to the customer and this makes lot of confusion. It is better when the canceled invoice doesn’t reach the customer. Also, the selection process for the customer to invoice can be complicated. When I want to select the customer I have to repeat it a couple of times, thankfully I don’t have lot of invoicing it would get really frustrating.

PROS: TradeShift is easy to set up and once you learned it, it becomes more intuitive. I love the customized invoices, this is great feature. I can easily keep track of unpaid invoices. It gives better clarity to clients. It speeds up the invoicing process. Also, it saves huge amount of time.

CONS: I have run into some issues when I used Tradeshift with Firefox, when I called their customer service team they have explained me that this was more because of the Firefox than this product. I haven’t experience any problems when I switched to Chrome.

PROS: This product is simple and it allows us to make similar invoices for my client every month. I like that I can use prior accepted invoice as a template, and all I need to do is to change the number of the invoice and the date. Some clients want me to change the product but in my opinion this software is second to none.

CONS: The document list can be cluttered when you create various invoices.

PROS: There are lot of things I love about Tradeshift, I especially like the idea of using it for free without commitments. The tool works out of the box. The tasks that are required for setting up are simple and the ongoing usage is smooth and intuitive. The UI is straightforward and fclear, it doesn’t require some complex development or workaround.

CONS: It doesn’t offer lot of features and there are some limitations. It would be great if they could include more feature so it cna be used by large organizations. They could implement some customization options so we can create our own email and invoice templates. There are only options for deleting and accepting quotes but you cannot cancel them.

PROS: I like all its features. It offers lot of customization and options than other websites I have used. It is extremely easy to learn how to use the procurement software and all its basic functions. I like that I can track my invoices through every step of the process, and to have full information about the status of the items from creating a draft till the final payment. It has great support team.

CONS: The organization of the document page can be cumbersome. I would like to see more streamline methods so I can view all finalized and pending documents. I have run into some built-in complexity when it comes to invoice submitting. But, once you get the rules it gets easier.

PROS: This tool is easy to use. Its interface is great and allows you to easily submit invoices to the customer. You don’t have to go through customer to get the invoice submitted and processed. When you receive the customer’s purchase order on the TS site all you have to do is to accept the order and the invoice is immediately done. Then you’ll receive notifications when the customer has accepted the invoice and when the payment is being processed.

CONS: I wish I could back dated invoices to the date when the work was completed instead of the date when the invoice was submitted. I wish to see the date when the work is done.

PROS: TradeShift simplify the process of creating custom invoices for clients. From customer’s point of view the invoice they get is understandable and simple, and what I like most it looks really professional. It has great copy invoice feature, and I’m using it to create new invoice for same or different client for similar project.

CONS: I wish I have more information about my invoices in the user-interface. It would be great if there is a possibility to track down previously used item number descriptions. Because I want to use same item number without going back to previous drafts.

PROS: Tradeshift allows me to look into my past and current invoices. This is extremely helpful tool that provides you with information about past price points so you can know where to charge for services. I can download each invoice as a PDF format. You can get an updates when the client accepts the invoice. I also, like that I can use it for free.

CONS: The platform has some issues but its tech support service was quick and they managed to solve the problem.

PROS: The process of creating custom invoices for clients is simplified thanks to Tradeshift. As a customer, the invoice is understandable and simple and it looks highly-professional. It offers great copy invoice feature and it allows us to create new invoice for our clients.

PROS: Thanks to TradeShift I’m able to look into my past and current invoices. As a business owner, I need to have an information about my past price points, so I can know where to charge for services. I like the ability to download each invoice as a PDF format. You can also choose via their email service and you can get an updates when the client accept the invoice. This is great because it helps me to keep track of the processing. I love that it is free to use.

CONS: Sometimes the procurement software has some issues. It happened once and its tech support team back it up. But this has delayed my billing for 24hrs.

PROS: I like its simplicity. We can make similar invoices for my client each month. I love the ability to use prior accepted invoice as a template. All I have to do is to change the number of the invoice and the date. Some clients want me to use other systems but as far as I’m concerned this one is the best.

CONS: Once you create various invoices the document list can get cluttered. On the other side, there are great icons that are very helpful.
