Efficient, fast, accurate and wonderful tool for tracking invoices

What are the best aspects of this product?

TradeShift is easy to set up and once you learned it, it becomes more intuitive. I love the customized invoices, this is great feature. I can easily keep track of unpaid invoices. It gives better clarity to clients. It speeds up the invoicing process. Also, it saves huge amount of time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have run into some issues when I used Tradeshift with Firefox, when I called their customer service team they have explained me that this was more because of the Firefox than this product. I haven’t experience any problems when I switched to Chrome.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It saves lot of time on a daily basis. That’s why I love this product.
