What are the best aspects of this product?
This is great product for online invoicing. The system is easy to navigate and use. I like how fast the invoicing can be done compared to manually documentation and paper document which involves lot of work, time, stamps, posting etc. I like that I can keep record of the recent invoices so I can better know the stage of the payment process.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
What I don’t like is that whenever I try to change an invoice after it’s being sent there comes notification asking me to cancel the invoice and to re-send it. But, even though I have canceled the invoice it still goes to the customer and this makes lot of confusion. It is better when the canceled invoice doesn’t reach the customer. Also, the selection process for the customer to invoice can be complicated. When I want to select the customer I have to repeat it a couple of times, thankfully I don’t have lot of invoicing it would get really frustrating.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps me to be more precise when defining which invoices are paid or whether there is a problem with the invoice. It helps me to reduce the stationary costs.
