Great, simple and easy to use tool for tracking and creating invoices

What are the best aspects of this product?

TradeShift simplify the process of creating custom invoices for clients. From customer’s point of view the invoice they get is understandable and simple, and what I like most it looks really professional. It has great copy invoice feature, and I’m using it to create new invoice for same or different client for similar project.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish I have more information about my invoices in the user-interface. It would be great if there is a possibility to track down previously used item number descriptions. Because I want to use same item number without going back to previous drafts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to create digital way for creating professional invoices and to send them via email. The ability to pay online by using Paypal. It makes the tracking and handling payments much easier.
