Great tool for tracking my item’s status

What are the best aspects of this product?

This software has wonderful features and lot of customization and options than other similar products. The system is asy to use. I am able to track my invoices through each step of the process and to get detailed information about the status of the items when creating a draft. The support team is great and helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes, the process of organization of document page can be cumbersome. It would be great if they could streamline the methods so I can have better view of all finalized and pending documents.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to track the status of the items and I don’t have problem when it comes to figuring out about the current status of the item.
