What are the best aspects of this product?

Thanks to TradeShift I’m able to look into my past and current invoices. As a business owner, I need to have an information about my past price points, so I can know where to charge for services. I like the ability to download each invoice as a PDF format. You can also choose via their email service and you can get an updates when the client accept the invoice. This is great because it helps me to keep track of the processing. I love that it is free to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes the procurement software has some issues. It happened once and its tech support team back it up. But this has delayed my billing for 24hrs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to track my business finances and to provide reports to CPA at the end of the year. It saves lot of time and money.
