What are the best aspects of this product?

Tradeshift is easy to use and understandable product. The setup is easy, and it allows us to keep our invoicing process the same. I like the visibility of what’s going on in the purchasing system. We are able to add a step to every order and each piece of correspondence on documents between a customer and a vendor. All the issues we have faced are being fixed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We email pdf copies of the invoices to its mail and it requires manual validation on the emails we send. It’s okay to work these manually but it really takes time. The customer needs to be more focused when plugging the stuff in and even the vendor has to be more concentrated for the whole thing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to keep track of the status of the orders and to know where they are at in the process. We are able to respond quickly instead of waiting. It helps us to become more visible to our customers. We managed to increase business with customers by offering various items.
