What are the best aspects of this product?

Tradeshift software is straightforward and easy to use. The setup is easy and it allows us to keep track of our invoicing process. I get full picture of what’s going on within the purchasing system. We can add steps to every order and piece of correspondence on docs between customer and vendor.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It requires some manual validation on the emails that we send and this process takes time. The customer needs to pay attention when plugging the stuff in and the vendor needs to be focused all the time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to track status of orders and where they are at in the process. We can respond quickly instead of waititng. We are more visible and open to our customers. In addition, it helps us to increase business with customers by offering them our products.
