What are the best aspects of this product?

I like its simplicity. We can make similar invoices for my client each month. I love the ability to use prior accepted invoice as a template. All I have to do is to change the number of the invoice and the date. Some clients want me to use other systems but as far as I’m concerned this one is the best.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Once you create various invoices the document list can get cluttered. On the other side, there are great icons that are very helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One of my clients asked me to use this program. It helps me to get invoice to the customer easily and the payment response time is much less when the invoice is typically approved in 24hrs of entering. It saves lot of money, we went from 60 day payment to under 30 days.
