What are the best aspects of this product?

This product is simple and it allows us to make similar invoices for my client every month. I like that I can use prior accepted invoice as a template, and all I need to do is to change the number of the invoice and the date. Some clients want me to change the product but in my opinion this software is second to none.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The document list can be cluttered when you create various invoices.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This product helps me to get invoice to the customer easilyt and we don’t have to wait for the payment response because the invoice is approved within 24hrs of entering. We went from 60 day payment to under 30 days.
