What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is easy to use and it doesn’t take to much time when setting up and it doesn’t require long-term commitment. We are able to store relevant data and to simplify the formatting, the templates that are within the system are customizable by trade and it has tax rates and taxable items. The layout is customizanble and the brand recognition is visible to our vendors.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could add video tutorials for newbies and to add success stories from their users as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I highly recommend Tradeshift to our contractors for tracking their own administration. The invoices that we receive are properly formatted and accounting department is satisfied with the quick payment.
