What are the best aspects of this product?

Tradeshift allows me to look into my past and current invoices. This is extremely helpful tool that provides you with information about past price points so you can know where to charge for services. I can download each invoice as a PDF format. You can get an updates when the client accepts the invoice. I also, like that I can use it for free.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform has some issues but its tech support service was quick and they managed to solve the problem.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to track business finances and to offer reports to CPA at the end of year.
