What are the best aspects of this product?
I used other tools but they didn’t offer features that this product offers. Trakstar allows me to take notes on each employee’s behavior so I can access from stream of consciousness to some formal behaviors at the end of each review cycle. Our managers have tools so they can make less generalizations to their employees.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The interface for updating new positions can be cumbersome. I would like to add a title and to reassign tasks.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The process of recognition can be problem within every organization. Thanks to this tool our managers can be involved into recognizing performances and to improve standards of the company. We don’t have to influence teams by giving extravagant scores while some teams are under strict guideline. It helps us to create a system of leadership so we can measure performances.
