What are the best aspects of this product?

Trello has consistently been my go-to platform for managing my tasks for quite some time now. It's simple to use, assimilates well with other software, and makes team collaboration a cinch.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven't used their Pro (paid) version yet so my only gripe is that there are certin restrictions with the free version. With that in mind, this platform is becoming useful and I'd gladly pay for it when the right time comes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm constantly collaborating with my team and clients. Trello made it possible for me to manage my to-do lists, sharing the things I only want with my team member and client, and keeping on top of things that's in the process of being done or that needs to be done.
