PROS: I was introduced to Trello professionally and I loved it in an instant. It's was one of the first project management tools I used and I just love how intuitive and sleek the software is. It also has a beautiful UI (and they have a great iPhone app too). I used Atlassian's JIRA on a previous project and it felt like I was working back in the stone age. Trello had me using Kanban boards long before I knew what Kanban boards were. The best part about Trello is how fulfilling it is to move completed cards from the "In Progress" queue to "Done" :) They say the best things in life are free and Trello is one of those things. Give it a whirl and I guarantee you'll switch within a week.

CONS: My only concern with Trello is that the Gold plan just isn't appealing and attractive as the free package. The free tier is already impressive as is so I have no any reason to upgrade to Gold. It wouldn't be the first time a company's free product is too compelling and due to financial motivations they choose to remove the free plan (looking at you Pingdom!). It would be a real shame if Trello ended up like that. Hopefully their business / enterprise plans are making them adequate cash to keep the free plan as-is.

PROS: I like its visual interface and flexibility of the system. I really like working and interact with Trello. The team behind this software does great job in providing positive user experience. It provides me with flexibility to create own workflows and to change them when needed. Also, I like the ability to change elements into different forms, for e.g. to make task into separate project.

CONS: I’d like to see a feature for lists and vertical columns to have a built-in segmentation. It would be helpful if they could implement this feature because lists can be long and they run together.

PROS: I like that I can easily keep to-do tasks and client’s notes in one place. I like the integration with Google Docs and other attachment tools. I find helpful the color coded labels for organizing the projects. Also, the card creation is easy and quick and I can easily add information to my profile. It allows me to create and check off all the to-do tasks before due-date. It displays the due-date clearly so we can know when something is coming up.

CONS: I cannot find easy way to create a list of all clients that can be updated with the original, collaborative card. It would be great If I can see all the projects while the other team members can add their own updates.

PROS: It's a freeware for starting things off and for use in small team. What you see is what you get. The platform will guide you in dividing and categorizing tasks. It also helps you get things done.

CONS: The platform's advantages can also have its share of downsides at times. While it's visually appealing, less information is displayed. Its infrastructure that helps assist you with tasks can be a downer. But if you're in dire need of functionality, Trello is worth going for since it integrates with other third party services.

PROS: With Trello you can take the most complicated and contentious project and break it down to small pieces and stakeholders. I even use it for personal needs such as my daughter’s college planning and IEP, our plans to buy a house and for financial planning. I like its visual UI and the feeling of moving cards around. I like the due-dates features. Its support team is excellent.

CONS: It would be great if they could make an integration with YouTrack so we can search for bugs and cases.

CONS: I wish they make room for printing reports including the whole board. It'd be nice to have an option to print details in each card. They may have this functionality in their Gold version --- but I'll need to check up on this.

CONS: I haven't used their Pro (paid) version yet so my only gripe is that there are certin restrictions with the free version. With that in mind, this platform is becoming useful and I'd gladly pay for it when the right time comes.

The boards are easily customizable and there are lot of opportunities you can experience with Trello. I like that I can use the software for free with all upgrades for different things that I might need.

CONS: I cannot rally say that I have dislikes about the software. I have experienced unresponsive boards but when I close and reopen the browser it works smoothly but this doesn’t happen often.

This is great because you can easily organize big operation at no cost. There is no limit in including teams and projects you want to organize. It offers lot of options for creating boards that show the workflow from start to end. Everyone in your team can have an access to see the whole picture of what needs to be done and what has been completed. CONS: There are certain functions that aren't as intuitive. For instance, you don't have the option to remove a card. Instead you're only made to "archive" it. It's ridiculous really and a lot of people are struggling with this.

CONS: I've been using Trello to collaborate with people and deal other moving parts. And it gets overwhelming. There's a stream but when activity is heavy, items are easily pushed downward. It gets awkward draggng items from bottom to the top constantly.

PROS: It's simple to use. Simply add a project and it'll sit in your card to remind you which is currently a priority.

CONS: It would be nice to have a formal approach in getting projects done. Currently, we're utilizing a separate board for our finished projects and the problem with that is that it doesn't really go with our fly. Ticking finished projects and moving them automatically someplace would be a nice addition.

PROS: Trello is easy to use and understandable software that helps you to visualize tasks by using color cards with various categories, details and including descriptions. This really makes sense and if you are visual by nature then it will be extremely helpful for you. You can connect the software with e-mail account so you can receive notifications and reminders. It allows you to collaborate with your team on a project and to share the cards with others.

CONS: I don’t like that I have to enter all information manually, this is time-consuming. Also, the process of sending emails to specific address in order to import info can be cumbersome. It doesn’t make much sense if it is used by only one person, but if you are team then it makes sense to input all the data within the system.
