What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how simple and efficient it is to use. It's availability for smartphone use is a plus. Its mobile app lets you keep in touch with the status of your project.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are certain functions that aren't as intuitive. For instance, you don't have the option to remove a card. Instead you're only made to "archive" it. It's ridiculous really and a lot of people are struggling with this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This platform is perfect for our software developer team. It did a great job o dividing and delegating tasks to developers.
