What are the best aspects of this product?

What I liked about Trello is how visually appealing it is nad how it's so simple to use. You can customzie its appearance while its drag-and-drop UI is intuitive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?



I hate not being to close out tickets. Instead, you're left to archive them without marking them as "finished."

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My colleagues are using their own methods to manage projects. This makes it a bit challenging to know the work progress of my team as well their collaborative tasks. Trello got everybody on the same platform and it makes use of flags to sub-team differentiations. Most importantly, it's free!
