What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I can easily keep to-do tasks and client’s notes in one place. I like the integration with Google Docs and other attachment tools. I find helpful the color coded labels for organizing the projects. Also, the card creation is easy and quick and I can easily add information to my profile. It allows me to create and check off all the to-do tasks before due-date. It displays the due-date clearly so we can know when something is coming up.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot find easy way to create a list of all clients that can be updated with the original, collaborative card. It would be great If I can see all the projects while the other team members can add their own updates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Trello helps us to collaborate on projects and to involve other team members. The admins are allowed to create helpful shells when we set-up for new client. All to-do tasks are pre-made and ready for new clients.
