Great software and extremely helpful for organizing our projects

What are the best aspects of this product?

Trello allows us to customize and keep track of various projects for remote workers and teams. It is intuitive and easy to use. You can use it for free, even though we get paid account because we wanted to back up our boards. I cannot imagine my work day without this software. We have partners who use this software for free.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be complicated to customize emails to tasks that are assigned to one member.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is great tool for remote works and subcontractors. It helps us to keep track of our daily tasks and to assign people for projects whether they are inside or outside of the organization. It saves huge amount of time to keep everything into one place and to notify members. We can copy and archive tasks when done and to customize each list of the doc.
