What are the best aspects of this product?

Trello is easy to use and understandable software that helps you to visualize tasks by using color cards with various categories, details and including descriptions. This really makes sense and if you are visual by nature then it will be extremely helpful for you. You can connect the software with e-mail account so you can receive notifications and reminders. It allows you to collaborate with your team on a project and to share the cards with others.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that I have to enter all information manually, this is time-consuming. Also, the process of sending emails to specific address in order to import info can be cumbersome. It doesn’t make much sense if it is used by only one person, but if you are team then it makes sense to input all the data within the system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Trello is great product for creating project info for specific tasks and to share them with the members of your team. It allows you to assign levels of completion to tasks. It helps us to better understand missing pieces of unfinished projects and to complete ourselves.
