Kanban Boards is what makes Trello rock!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I was introduced to Trello professionally and I loved it in an instant. It's was one of the first project management tools I used and I just love how intuitive and sleek the software is. It also has a beautiful UI (and they have a great iPhone app too). I used Atlassian's JIRA on a previous project and it felt like I was working back in the stone age. Trello had me using Kanban boards long before I knew what Kanban boards were. The best part about Trello is how fulfilling it is to move completed cards from the "In Progress" queue to "Done" :)

They say the best things in life are free and Trello is one of those things. Give it a whirl and I guarantee you'll switch within a week.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My only concern with Trello is that the Gold plan just isn't appealing and attractive as the free package. The free tier is already impressive as is so I have no any reason to upgrade to Gold. It wouldn't be the first time a company's free product is too compelling and due to financial motivations they choose to remove the free plan (looking at you Pingdom!). It would be a real shame if Trello ended up like that. Hopefully their business / enterprise plans are making them adequate cash to keep the free plan as-is.
