My first ever to-do/task managing app that I’ve since been stuck with.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Trello is easy and quick to use. You just dive in to start with work and organize everything. It's highly flexible and very easy to create different boards for a wide range of projects, to-do lists, and work

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've been using Trello to collaborate with people and deal other moving parts. And it gets overwhelming. There's a stream but when activity is heavy, items are easily pushed downward. It gets awkward draggng items from bottom to the top constantly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's to-do lists are insanely fast. I personally use Trello on my own and taking official notes via Jira. I love the momentum I gain with Trello especially as a software developer.
