My love goes to Trello.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love their drag-and-drop functionality, inclduing people in certain tasks, labellinh, ability to comment... just about everything Trello can offer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish they make room for printing reports including the whole board. It'd be nice to have an option to print details in each card. They may have this functionality in their Gold version --- but I'll need to check up on this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Its task management makes it simpler for creating a plan, outlining steps, delegating tasks, and see completeled tasks. It helped us share data which can also be attached to certain tasks. An awesome tool. All I do is log in and check the progress of group's tasks so I can outline my day.
