What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how simple Trello is. You can easily manage various types of workflows. We are able to manage processes smoothly and to keep our team engaged. From editorial calendar to employee onboarding we can manage the whole work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my experience, it requires little effort to make the system action-oriented. Its layout is great for running projects, keeping teams and processes on the track but in order to get task-level details in can be little complicated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Trello as editorial Calendar. Thanks to this tool we can easily make plans, organize and reorganize our content with calendar and kanban views. It helps our remote team to better collaborate on content creation and edits. The checklists help us to assign edits and keep tasks on track. The integration with Zapier helps us to automate notifications in Slack. This tool allows each writer to interact with the calendar in individualized way.
