What are the best aspects of this product?

It's simple to use. Simply add a project and it'll sit in your card to remind you which is currently a priority.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice to have a formal approach in getting projects done. Currently, we're utilizing a separate board for our finished projects and the problem with that is that it doesn't really go with our fly. Ticking finished projects and moving them automatically someplace would be a nice addition.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We had problems concentrating on which projects should be prioritized. Trello enabled us to stack up to 4 projects so we can work to getting them. At the same time, we get to see the priorities of each team member.
