What are the best aspects of this product?

Trello is easy to use and it provides intuitive user-interface. Our users can easily understand how everything works. I like the design of the site and it offers lot of backgrounds to choose. The boards are easily customizable and there are lot of opportunities you can experience with Trello. I like that I can use the software for free with all upgrades for different things that I might need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot rally say that I have dislikes about the software. I have experienced unresponsive boards but when I close and reopen the browser it works smoothly but this doesn’t happen often.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Trello helps us to be more organized and to manage different teams and their deliverables and action items, in a way that it meets their needs. One of the biggest benefit we have experienced from Trello is its organization manner, time-saving and increasing productivity.
