What are the best aspects of this product?

I think it's so wonderful that Tripleseat is making it so much easier for us to manage our event venue bookings, schedule staff, trach our revenue and reach out to our clients in the same space.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None at all! In case I run into any issues, I quickly get a reply from their customer service team.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to exceed our sales goals. We're able to track our payments and see who is attending our meetings. They're a one-stop-shop for everything.
