What are the best aspects of this product?

Tripleseat is so easy to use and learn. The new hires in our team find it user-friendly and they learn on their own because there is online training available to them about both Tripleseat features and the industry.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if it was set up to multitask a lot better, and that the settings change so often that I always had to seek an admin to get them to revert to the previous setup.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to coordinate and cross-sell a lot more efficiently with other planners via Tripleseat. We were able to set up our system so we can collaborate with restaurants and other teams. I can see other calendars and move events around the restaurants.
