I highly recommend Tripleseat because it helped us become more organized with our multiple locations and events. Everything we add to the platform is easy to communicate and find.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've yet to discover the rest of the features so I can fully utilize Tripleseat. Perhaps an intelligent search bar that accommodates minor typos could help with this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being on the same page with our teams across locations, especially in terms of streamlining schedules and bookings, since we're in various offices and areas around the world.
