What are the best aspects of this product?

Whenever I go over the 5kph threshold, it instantly starts tracking. I no longer worry about forgetting trips since the app can work it out for me. It can even record a map view of every trip, together with the mileage. Thanks to this, we can comply with the IRS demand of logging mileage used for medical and business purposes. The information is securely stored in both cloud server and on the smartphone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Well, there's nothing to complain about for me. Although there is this one small thing where you might get confused when driving another vehicle. But it's not an issue that restarting and odometer matching don't fix.
