PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

These guys manage to offer an incredibly robust user content platform while being a fraction of the cost of similar services like Yotpo. For e-commerce use cases: their product review platform is super modern and flexible. The photo collection, instagram curation, and Q&A systems are great. I used to refer clients to Yotpo but since I found TrustSpot I'll never go back considering the price and support. Their onboarding and support team is one of the best I've ever worked with and they offer agency support for companies like mine.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As an agency, I always look to make things easier to manage for myself. I wish the system had an agency portal where I could manage multiple clients from 1 dashboard.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I'd like to see SMS text message reviews and deeper data analytics. I've been told its on their road map.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

For e-commerce, user generated content is absolute king right now. If you aren't collecting and displaying reviews and photos, you're dead in the water. Systems for this used to be enterprise level in terms of pricing, TrustSpot essentially makes it available to smaller e-commerce sites allowing me to use it for more startup clients instead of only the large ones. With TrustSpot many of my smaller ecom stores simply couldn't afford to collect content like they want to.
