What are the best aspects of this product?

We played around with other online products offering DCAA compliance while linking to Quickbooks. So far, TSheets ended becoming the best option. It provided flexibility in how we can improve our business. A favorite for our hardworking employees. Customer service was utilized in a couple scenarios.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We prefer using the manual timesheet. However, Android/iOS apps doesn't really support this functionality. We'd prfer having mobile apps to offer improved support and a manual timesheet. A few enhancements should be kept in mind. This includes being able to assign service on a per-member basis instead of the typical per-customer basis.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're scientists so we usually handle a number of projects simultaneously. We frequently move from one project to the next in a single day. Each project is supported by the government. The main goal is meeting government reporting and time keeping needs while getting our scientists as much as flexibility as possible. TSheets does just that.
