What are the best aspects of this product?

The people that I've talked to were experts. I got along with them well. They seem to be enjoying their job. One customer rep was the best. She asssited me in tying things in betweek Quickbooks and Tsheets.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There has been some pieces that weren't intuitive. For instance, some aspects were difficult to set up. I'm not an accountant by any means so it may just be me feeling frustrated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I wanted the time I worked tracked and be moved to Quickbooks automatically in invoicing customers. Tsheets nearly made that a no-brainer. I'm able to utilize their iPhone app for clocking in and clocking out work where it's then migrated to my daily hours (within Quickbooks). As a result, I can quickly produce an invoice within minutes. Tsheets was helpful in terms of billing and time!
