Tsheets provides you with solution to track and manage your employee time. They need to press in/out in real time, to enter their time manually and at the end they can allocate time to projects, tasks or custom fields. Tsheets provides you with features to track time online, down to the second time stamping and even multilevel job coding.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing to dislike about Tsheets.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

All manual processes, writing time in a day runner and manual data entry is now past. I can keep track of time via my mobile device.
