Customer service was nothing short of excellent!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Awesome customer service. Support was patient with us. They were there to help us every step of the way. Questions were carefully answered. A lot of their reps were there to assist me from the get go!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Certain items appear as if they could be customized a bit more. Certain pop-up windows are scrolling. In other instances, there are pages you can click on. It's better to have pop-up windows that stretch instead.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We get to observe where our employees clock in. We also have a fair idea where they'll be at work. It gives them the feeling of responsibility to actually do what they're meant to do. The app makes it all so easy to move from one task to the next. This results to a lot of time saved.
