Great tool to keep track of time at my office

What are the best aspects of this product?

Tsheets is intuitive, helpful and easy to use platform. All I need to do is select a client/employee, press start, write and enter some comments into the comment section and press stop when I’m done. And what’s more, every information can be found in the platform, everything is into the time card for the week. Once you press done, there is no need to look at the entry ever again, everything is saved.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to show exact time of day when I press the timer and the time of the day when I stopped the timer, because it’s confusing and time-wasting to go back and review every piece of information for completeness.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Tsheets helps our staff to enter their time for every clients they have, they can start and stop on different clients, and it will bring up frequently used items to the top.
