PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We're still in the middle of the trial period. TSheets is absolutely amazing with their customer support. They were there the whole time when I was setting up the program and linking it straight to QuickBooks. Our organization does some thing differently, but stuck with us the whole time with workarounds.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The one thing I could ever think of that needs to be done is changing the scheduling. I'd like to see the scheduling functionality. Thing is, I need it instantly sync with Google Calendar. It'll sync alright, but it won't fully do so until the following day.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're still under the trial period. From what we can see, it can cut timesheet entering by as much as four hours. It resolved a problem with numbers. Employees frequently hand us wrong lot numbers. So we had to find a way the best we could. Now we log into TSheets and see where they're at.
