What are the best aspects of this product?
I like clocking in remotely for both my staff and my own. Seeing reports, totals, and a whole lot more from the app as well as its mobile version. Live chat was swift. It catered to almost any inquiries and issues I have through live chat. If there's a functionality that I want to carry out but couldn't do, they have no issue creating an enhancement request.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are certain aspects that I'd love to have in the near future. Whenever you want to disable a user's ability in editing timesheets, it becomes pointless to reject them since they can't resolve an issue for the editing you've closed. It'd be nice to get rid of incomplete notes/things that couldn't be edited. Being able to clock to two or more jobs/clients simultaneously. Being able to add Payroll to my organization's company data file.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Previously, we utilized Outlook calendars for every business type. Our office manager would then head into every calendar to copy and paste each entry to Quickbooks. That's for billing/invoicing purposes. We tracked the time billed on the Helpdesk ticketing system within the ticket. TSheets enabled us to remove calendars as well Excel forms thereby minimizing payroll per staff member.
