What are the best aspects of this product?
It is what we signed up for. TurnTo believes in great customer service by providing the best features in their product. We have seen it all in this tool and more. When it comes to living up to their promise, they do not disappoint. They not only have the best features but also the best team to support users who deliver. There was this one time we some of the features added to the product but they were still in the pipeline. They answered our call and put their experts to work and delivered as promised. We were happy as we could now launch our product and see it succeed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Just like any other expect it to have a few flaws. It does not have everything figured out which explains why you have to work with the technical team to get ahead. Good for us, their support is highly responsive as we can have our issue solved within a short time. When communicating with them, you do not have to go through many people to get help. They are also entrepreneurial and friendly, which is a great addition to our team.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have been able to use the Bump platform to reconnect the retailers with customers. With the help of TurnTo, the Bump has become a reliable platform on which information can be analyzed by retailers based on the buying behavior of their customers and in return, customers can learn about the product and how it will help their babies. We have achieved this through creating a marketplace that is split in the middle, where on one side there is the seller and the other side the customer. As a result, the platform has grown as leading baby registries in the whole of the USA which is experiencing exponential growth in numbers yearly.
