PROS: It is what we needed for our ecommerce business. When it comes to customer support, TurnTo offers top notch support even after you have implemented the tool in your business. It does not matter what kind of help you want or how many times you ask for it, they always come through for you. This is on the contrary with other companies offering similar tools. They are with you every step of the way. They monitor how you use the tool by allowing you to comment and give suggestions on how to improve it as long as you are using it. This helps them to upgrade or include features that improve the performance of the product.

CONS: It has all we could want in our ecommerce business. However, I can only suggest on what they need to improve. For example, the reporting feature should be easier and reliable to use. This can be made possible through integration with Google Analytics. As a result, you will be able to generate reports on how people send reviews about your business and how they interact with the Q&A on your website. All these will help us get the best out of TurnTo.

PROS: What we like best about it is the cart chatter feature. We can track what our customers are saying about our products and improve on that. We are able to collect customer data based on this, analyze it and know what we have to do to improve on our products and service delivery. The technical team of TurnTo is amazing. During the implementation of the tool into our system, we did not have any problems as we could get help from their team. They were with us all through whenever we got into some issue. Within 6 weeks, we had fully implemented the product ready to serve us.

CONS: They could do better with their reporting feature. Although it is there, it does not offer robust solutions to help interpret data in the best way. Also, for the part of documentation of the product, it is too detailed which makes it tiring to go through the pages. It would be nice if they made it a little less detailed so that it can be easy to scan through. Despite the product being highly customizable, it is not recommended as there are upgrades to the system which would interfere with this. This limited us as we had to perform some customizations on the side which is not good on our part.

PROS: We have been able to migrate easily with the help of the TurnTo team. It integrates well with our CMS, which is a plus. This is not the case with other tools we have tried out in the past. It has an attractive layout which is easy to customize based on our needs. Also, with the open API they have, customization is much easier depending on what we are looking for. Apart from that, the backend interface is helpful when you want to filter items and manage access to your system with ease. For the Q&A, we are able to monitor interactions on our site with the utmost flexibility.

CONS: It has everything to offer that we could ask for. We did not find anything to dislike about this tool. It has answers to every question we want solved and managed Q&A plus reviews in the best way possible. We can analyze suggestions by our customers and use this to develop our products based on their preferences or those suggestions. In short, we are at a better place thanks to TurnTo.

PROS: It is one thing to have a product that works and another to be able to communicate with the support team. TurnTo has the best of both worlds. Despite it being the best in the market, their customer support is highly responsive. You are heard regardless of how common or minor your ideas are. They are friendly which gives you the confidence to work with them. Apart from that, they implement your ideas, which is rare for most software applications in the market.

CONS: It is past problem that I did not like about TurnTo. It was not possible to create pinboards for the category of brands we had. This was a drawback as it leads to disorganization when it came to monitoring what customers had to say about our products. Luckily, when we presented this query to the support team, they jumped onto it. Now, the feature is available for our use and we are happy with it. All in all, we can say the product has an overall positive performance on our end.

PROS: TurnTo has a lot of great features to offer. Initially, we were using the Magento reviews to manage the reviews from customers. When we switched to this product, we were impressed how our customers engaged. It was better than before and we could get more reviews and comments on the same. Also, for the Q&A feature, customers were highly responsive to the questions we asked, which was good on our part. This feature is intelligent which allowed us to utilize its functionality in the best way possible. With the visual review capture, we were able to get more customer photos which were very helpful to us in ensuring that our customers get the best services and products.

CONS: The tool is not well documented. It does not offer tutorials on how to make use of the features. It would be nice if there were tutorials as the documentation is not that reliable. With the documentation being too detailed, it fails to provide an easy way through which you can learn more about how the tool works. The small businesses and companies are the ones who suffer the most in terms of the documentation and training.

PROS: It is all about the service you provide rather than the quality of the product that helps to attract and retain customers to your store. This is what TurnTo has done for us. We can compete rigorously with other stores by providing personalized services to our customers. The checkout chatter functionality allows customers to tell their story based on their experience at our store. Such a story will be captured by other customers who may be enticed by it to buy from us. It thus helps to drive conversion which later results to increase in sales. TurnTo has become an all-round solution to monitoring the buying behavior of our customers and also their comments and reviews on purchasing a product.

CONS: We want organic data on our way but the more engagement you have on your site, the more you have to deal with. This has become a problem on our part as we get more than we bargained for. Although it is a good problem to have, it can be overwhelming and thus the need to have extra team members to manage the Q&A. We receive questions in real time as they happen and we have to, in the same speed, reply to those questions.

PROS: Their customer support is like no other. I do not have to wait for long before I can get a feedback whenever I have a problem. This is not the same as our previous software provider. We are able to personally interact with their team in case we have a problem with the use of the tool. The functionality of TurnTo offers the needed support for customer content management. It has Q&A and cart chatter features to us understand what our customers need in order to provide them with the best services. We have been able to see the light and thus set up reliable customer content strategies.

CONS: TurnTo is the real deal. Despite having multiple features that help us execute our services in the right way, it requires some additions to make it more reliable. For example, we need a company review feature added to this product. It will help us function better and manage all reviews from our customers. They are working on this addition and we expect it in the next upgrade of the product.

PROS: It is their customer support that we were able to implement this tool without much hustle. They were friendly and willing to take us through every step of the way. They did more than we expected and we were able to get started without major issues. The TurnTo team was brilliant in guiding us until we had fully implemented it to our system. As for the comment capture feature, it brings out the preferences and thoughts of the customer. It has helped us a lot in knowing what our customers are thinking in real time. We are also able to monitor the activities of the product externally on print media and also TV shows when they appear, which helps us to make decision at the right time.

CONS: It is not seamless in terms of when you want to view both Q&A and moderation views. You have to switch from one section to another in order to view them. This can be tiring and time consuming. If there was a way to view all those sections in one place, it would be better and save time and energy. Also, for those who are not yet users of the tool, they should provide a way to share reviews, comments and questions for better analysis.

PROS: It is what we signed up for. TurnTo believes in great customer service by providing the best features in their product. We have seen it all in this tool and more. When it comes to living up to their promise, they do not disappoint. They not only have the best features but also the best team to support users who deliver. There was this one time we some of the features added to the product but they were still in the pipeline. They answered our call and put their experts to work and delivered as promised. We were happy as we could now launch our product and see it succeed.

CONS: Just like any other expect it to have a few flaws. It does not have everything figured out which explains why you have to work with the technical team to get ahead. Good for us, their support is highly responsive as we can have our issue solved within a short time. When communicating with them, you do not have to go through many people to get help. They are also entrepreneurial and friendly, which is a great addition to our team.

PROS: It helps to be up to date with what is happening on our site. Content and data is relevant if you want to drive traffic. With TurnTo we can expect to get fresh content daily and use it to improve our content and how customers view our product description. It helps us know where it is going wrong so that we can fix it right away. Apart from that, we are able to provide customers with the relevant tools so that they can understand our products better. When a customer posts a question, they can expect the answer within 4 hours. All this is thanks to what TurnTo brings to the table.

CONS: Although the reporting functionality is there, it does not provide the kind of reporting I would require. It only generates reports based on every product. This is somehow simple reporting and it would be better if it had a robust reporting feature. Reporting based on a product means that you have to address those issues at the product level. However, if they were in category level, it would make my work easier and thorough.

PROS: It has proven to be the best we have used for customer content. First, we can ask customers questions and get feedback in real-time. We could not do this before implementing TurnTo. With our customers always buying from our store, we can get their feedback based on the service or the product they have bought. This helps us to offer them what they need based on the answers they have given. The Q&A feature works best to keep us in the loop about the experience our customers are having. It is easy to implement and use for our team.

CONS: Since it allows customers to interact with other customers in the form of questions and answers, there can be a problem when a customer gives the wrong answer. On that note, it would be nice if the tool had a validation plugin to help validate if the answers given are correct or not. This would help eliminate confusion among customers as they can make the best use of the legitimate answers they get from other customers.
