What are the best aspects of this product?
It is their customer support that we were able to implement this tool without much hustle. They were friendly and willing to take us through every step of the way. They did more than we expected and we were able to get started without major issues. The TurnTo team was brilliant in guiding us until we had fully implemented it to our system. As for the comment capture feature, it brings out the preferences and thoughts of the customer. It has helped us a lot in knowing what our customers are thinking in real time. We are also able to monitor the activities of the product externally on print media and also TV shows when they appear, which helps us to make decision at the right time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is not seamless in terms of when you want to view both Q&A and moderation views. You have to switch from one section to another in order to view them. This can be tiring and time consuming. If there was a way to view all those sections in one place, it would be better and save time and energy. Also, for those who are not yet users of the tool, they should provide a way to share reviews, comments and questions for better analysis.

Our customer service has become reliable and better with the help of TurnTo. We can now analyze the comments or views of our customers thanks to the comment capture feature. We are able to identify a missing piece of information on our product early enough which helps us to convert easily. We can learn about their experiences after purchasing our product and react accordingly based on the comment they have left.
