What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We want organic data on our way but the more engagement you have on your site, the more you have to deal with. This has become a problem on our part as we get more than we bargained for. Although it is a good problem to have, it can be overwhelming and thus the need to have extra team members to manage the Q&A. We receive questions in real time as they happen and we have to, in the same speed, reply to those questions.
