What are the best aspects of this product?

It has proven to be the best we have used for customer content. First, we can ask customers questions and get feedback in real-time. We could not do this before implementing TurnTo. With our customers always buying from our store, we can get their feedback based on the service or the product they have bought. This helps us to offer them what they need based on the answers they have given. The Q&A feature works best to keep us in the loop about the experience our customers are having. It is easy to implement and use for our team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Since it allows customers to interact with other customers in the form of questions and answers, there can be a problem when a customer gives the wrong answer. On that note, it would be nice if the tool had a validation plugin to help validate if the answers given are correct or not. This would help eliminate confusion among customers as they can make the best use of the legitimate answers they get from other customers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps keep our customers on our site. When it comes to dealing with the needs of customers, you have to be active in terms of answering their questions. We deal with selling beads and jewelry which come in a wide range of sizes. With that kind of product, you want your customers to be informed in every aspect and that is where TurnTo comes in. We can provide a pool of information on the supplies we sell, which will not only help build our reputation but keep customers interested in what we have to sell. This later translates into increased conversion rate.
