What are the best aspects of this product?
It helps to be up to date with what is happening on our site. Content and data is relevant if you want to drive traffic. With TurnTo we can expect to get fresh content daily and use it to improve our content and how customers view our product description. It helps us know where it is going wrong so that we can fix it right away. Apart from that, we are able to provide customers with the relevant tools so that they can understand our products better. When a customer posts a question, they can expect the answer within 4 hours. All this is thanks to what TurnTo brings to the table.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Although the reporting functionality is there, it does not provide the kind of reporting I would require. It only generates reports based on every product. This is somehow simple reporting and it would be better if it had a robust reporting feature. Reporting based on a product means that you have to address those issues at the product level. However, if they were in category level, it would make my work easier and thorough.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Everything that relates to our products and service delivery is taken care of with TurnTo. We have been able to solve many issues which we were unable to before implementation of this product. Customer issues can be addressed clearly and also issues that relate to the quality of service we provide to customers who buy our products. Understanding how a product works, is one thing that customers will have a problem with. Thanks to TurnTo our team can provide that information in detail based on the needs of the customer. The tool utilizes customer to customer answers where a customer can get help from their fellow customers which makes our work easier.
